Donald M. is a Colombian drummer, born in San Andrés Island, Colombia currently resident of Munich, Germany.
Donald was born within a multiethnic surrounding, where it´s common to play patterns like Cumbia, Porro, Mapale, Salsa, Merengue, Soul, R&B and many other ways with expressions with afro-carribean roots. In the last 10 years, Donald M. has been involved in recordings and productions of different projects like Dragon y Caballero, Andy Quintero, Alerta Kamarada and Magical Beat. Now in Germany he´ve had the privilege of performing in projects like Spinario from the Austrian composer and conductor Rupert Huber, on stages like the Documenta14 2017(Athens) and with some other projects being part of festivals like Chiemsee Summer 2017, Tollwood summer2017, Theatron, and many others.
